Offerframe was founded by J.D. Gregory — a U.S. Army veteran and telecom channel sales professional who spent years fighting the quote-to-signature bottleneck and decided to fix it.

Why I built Offerframe

After 13 years in the U.S. Army, I moved into telecom sales in 2012 and joined the channel side in 2018. Every deal had the same problem: the back-and-forth between the first quote and the final signature was a mess. Five emails to negotiate line items. Three more to collect the signature. A PDF that looked like it was made in 2005.

Legacy CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ charge $75/user/month plus $50K–$200K in implementation fees. Even "modern" alternatives charge per-seat, making costs unpredictable as your team grows. These tools were built for enterprises with dedicated RevOps teams — not for the 10-person sales floor that just needs to get a professional quote out the door before lunch.
